This is what ive researched Following these steps: 1. Then once Outlook opens, go to Tools, then Trust Center, then Addins. To maximize speed, they recommended to uncheck everything EXCEPT Windows Indexing, which, according to them, is the only useful addin anyway. Alqua, Tell me more about your Outlook Setup. What version of Outlook are you running? Is this a POP, IMAP or Exchange setup? It is only attachments and links that open slowly or do the previews of the messages open slowly?
